People often feel "lighter" from a session or class. However, we are all different and your experience can be unique to you. Others have experienced yawning, laughing, crying during sessions and after being tired or energized. It is important to listen to your body and slow down if needed. Drinking plenty of water, moving your body, and using essential oils are all beneficial after a session/class.
